There are several lifestyle changes that you can make if you are suffering from panic attack and anxiety. These activities are proven to be effective in certain ways to reduce anxiety and prevent another occurrence of panic attack.
1. Exercise

Regular exercise works as well as medication for some people to reduce symptoms of anxiety and potential panic symptoms, and the effects can be long lasting. One vigorous exercise session can help alleviate symptoms for hours, and a regular schedule may significantly reduce them over time.
2. Meditation

Meditation can give you a sense of calm, peace and balance that can benefit both your emotional well-being and your overall health.
And these benefits don't end when your meditation session ends. Meditation can help carry you more calmly through your day and may help you manage symptoms of certain medical conditions.
3. Sleep

Sleeping recharges your brain and improves your focus, concentration, and mood. Practice a regular sleeping time and do some belly breathing exercises prior to sleeping. Stop engagement with phones and computers, or anything that triggers excitement for at least 1 to 2 hours before you sleep. Try reading books or listening to calm and soothing music as a preparation for a good
night sleep.
4. Belly Breathing

Also known as diaphragmatic breathing, or deep breathing is breathing that is done by contracting the diaphragm, a muscle located horizontally between the thoracic cavity and abdominal cavity. Air enters the lungs and the chest rises and the belly expands during this type of breathing.
Poor breathing habits can lead to a variety of issues, the most common of which is hyperventilation. Hyperventilation is responsible for many of the symptoms of anxiety and panic attacks, including chest pain and rapid heartbeat. Practice breathing with by focusing on your belly movement instead of your chest.
5. Talk to Someone

Opening up to someone about your current condition will make you feel better. Tell your friends and family that you are feeling overwhelmed. Let them know that they can help you. Getting to share your problems with the people who does a big deal of change in your life. Whenever you are feeling like that anxiety or panic attack is coming, voice it out instead holding it back to yourself and walk away.
